Pink Bourbon varietal from Risaralda, Anserma, Colombia grown at 1,800 MASL by farmer Ignacio Rodríguez. Processed using Anaerobic Natural method with 130 hours of fermentation. This profile-driven specialty coffee exhibits high acidity with tasting notes of redcurrant, hibiscus, grape, cranberry, and yoghurt. Recommended for faster brewing methods due to its intensity.
