This coffee is a Bourbon variety from the village community of Cruz Pata in the Alto Inambari region of Sandia, Puno, Peru. Grown at an altitude of 1,950-2,060 meters, it is a washed coffee that undergoes a 25-hour dry fermentation followed by careful drying. The roast is very light to highlight delicate floral components and maintain brightness. The flavor profile features notes of apricot, Turkish delight, and white chocolate, characterized by clarity, silky sweetness, and bright fruity notes.
