After retiring from the vending machine business and training at the Vancouver Coffee Academy, Colin brings a winemaker's palate and attention to detail to every batch. Roasting is done entirely by hand on an American made San Franciscan barrel roaster, with a maximum of five pounds per load to ensure precision and consistency.
