This is a fruit macerated washed decaf by Luz Helena Salazar from Armenia, Quindio, Colombia. The coffee brings the taste of summer with juicy honeydew melon, tangy pomelo, and the gentle sweetness of agave syrup. It is processed using fruit-macerated washed EA method at 1450-1500 MASL altitude with mixed varieties. The Sugar Cane process (ethyl acetate) is used for decaffeination, which preserves the original aromas and flavor of the coffee. Suitable for all brewing methods including cold brew.
