Daily Brew is a blend with a soft and balanced character and fine body. The current blend includes Fazenda IP Acaia Natural and Irmas Pereira Yellow Bourbon Natural from Brazil, Nyamurinda washed from Rwanda, and Fazenda La Sierra washed from Colombia. The blend features flavor notes of roasted almonds, hazelnuts, and chocolate. The roasting profile caramelizes the sugar in the coffee towards the end of the roasting process to enhance the chocolate and caramel character while bringing out unique flavors from the beans' origins.
