This coffee is a Caturra variety from Finca Buena Vista, located in La Muralla, San Agustin, Huila, Colombia. Grown at an altitude of 1,850 meters, it is a washed coffee from the 2025 mitaca harvest. The processing involves floating cherries, 15-18 hours of fermentation, depulping, 36-38 hours of dry fermentation, and 18-20 days of solar drying. The flavor profile features notes of blackberry, lemon, lime, and white florals. It is roasted very light to emphasize its delicate, citric nature.
