This is a single origin coffee from the Danche Kebele in Gedeb, Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. Grown at 1900-2100 meters altitude by 160 smallholder farmers, this coffee is produced by legendary exporter Habtamu Fikadu Aga. The cherries are hand-selected, wet-processed through a 48-72 hour submerged fermentation, washed, and dried on raised beds for 10-12 days. The coffee features Kurume and Dega varieties, delivering bright flavors of nectarine, lemon zest, and elderflower.
