One Village Coffee

About This Coffee

This is a blend of 50% Costa Rica El Conquistador and 50% Colombia Huila Palestina. The Costa Rican coffee comes from Santa Maria de Dota in Tarrazu, while the Colombian coffee is from Palestina in Huila. Both components are sourced from multiple smallholder farms at elevations between 1200-1900 meters above sea level. The coffee is fully washed process featuring Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Typica, and Tabi varieties. The light roast profile offers notes of praline and baked apple with citrus accents, medium body, low bitterness, and crisp acidity. It performs best on manual brew methods and auto-drip.
