This decaf coffee from Brazil is processed using the Swiss Water® process, which is 99.9% caffeine free and chemical-free. The coffee features Castillo, Caturra, and Typica varieties grown at altitudes of 1000+ meters above sea level. The beans undergo natural processing before being decaffeinated using the proprietary Swiss Water® method in Vancouver, Canada. Flavor notes include almond, molasses, and cocoa. The coffee is sourced from various farms in Brazil.
