This decaffeinated Brazilian coffee comes from the Savannah Rain Forest Alliance farm in the Da Terra region at 1100–1300 meters altitude. It is a natural-processed coffee made from Caturra, Catuai, and Mundo Novo varieties. Processed using the Swiss Water method, a chemical-free decaffeination technique. The coffee exhibits a creamy body with low acidity and offers tasting notes of dark chocolate and almonds, with aromas of roasted almonds and sweetness.

Carol and Eric Blanchet established Talking Crow Coffee Roasters in 2017 in Springdale, Arkansas. The roastery specializes in single origin specialty decaf coffees, sourced exclusively through the Swiss Water Process from Guatemala, Colombia, Mexico, and Brazil, with every lot third party certified mold free. They roast on an electric fluid bed roaster, a technology chosen to minimize carbon emissions compared to traditional drum roasters. All coffee is roasted to order in small batches Monday through Friday, with nothing more than a week off roast. Both Carol and Eric hold SCA Roaster Level 1 certification. The business is independently and women owned.
