This is a decaf version of cinnamon-flavored coffee made with Colombia Specialty Grade coffee beans. Freshly cracked, real cinnamon is added to the coffee and carefully roasted for a bright taste and full body. The coffee is decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process, a chemical-free method that uses only water, a carbon filter, temperature and time to make the coffee 99% caffeine-free while maintaining the original flavors of the coffee bean. The flavor profile is described as spicy, sweet, and smooth.
