This decaffeinated coffee originates from various smallholders in Huila, Colombia. The beans include Castillo, Caturra, Colombia, and Typica varieties. The coffee is washed processed and decaffeinated using the Swiss Water process. Flavor notes include caramelized apple, hazelnut, and lemon-like acidity. The coffee is suitable for both espresso and filter brewing methods.
