This decaffeinated coffee is from Peru and processed using the Swiss Water Process. It features flavor notes of manuka honey, milk chocolate, and dried fig. The coffee offers a sweet profile with a vast array of sweet tasting notes, restrained acidity, and syrupy body. It performs well as espresso with sweet and creamy characteristics, or as a chocolate and caramel forward brewed coffee.

Giorla's was founded by Richard Giorla, who first opened a coffee house in the early 1990s before spending two decades building a fitness studio franchise. He returned to his original passion in February 2023, opening a Euro style café in Studio City, California. The roastery uses a Bellwether Series 2, a fully electric, ventless, zero emissions roaster that aligns with Giorla's emphasis on sustainability and precision. Rooted in Italian coffee culture, the focus is on carefully selected beans roasted in small individual batches, letting the quality of each origin speak for itself. Giorla's doubles as a wine bar, creating a neighborhood space where coffee and wine share the same attention to craft.
