This naturally processed coffee is from farmer Don Andres in the Central Valley region of Costa Rica at 1400 meters altitude. The variety is Catuai Rojo, a 100% Arabica coffee. Light roasted, it offers sweet and fruity characteristics with flavor notes of red apple, caramel, and honey. The coffee is suitable for all filter brewing methods and also works well for those who enjoy bright, fruity espresso from portafilter machines.
