It includes Catimor, Timor Hybrid, and Typica varieties. This medium-light roast features flavor notes of floral honey, dried cherry, graham cracker, with a clean, sweet mouthfeel, and undertones of nutty and chocolate nougat, exhibiting a full-bodied, smooth, lightly creamy texture.
