About This Coffee

This coffee comes from the Flor del Rosario farm in Cobán, Alta Verapaz, Guatemala, grown at about 1600 meters altitude. It is a washed process coffee featuring Bourbon and Catuai varieties. Flavor notes include green pear, melon, orange blossom, with a smooth mouthfeel and hints of almond and praline. It is harvested early in the year and highlights the terroir of the Cobán region.
