A 50/50 blend of Cyato Mutongo from Nyamasheke and Elimbari from Simbu province. This espresso blend features raspberry and red currant notes balanced over a fudgey, dark-chocolate base.
Square Mile Coffee Roasters was founded in 2008 in London by James Hoffmann, the 2007 World Barista Champion, and Anette Moldvaer, the 2007 World Cup Tasters Champion. The roastery operates from Walthamstow in East London. Sourcing is built on long term direct relationships with producers, supported by forward buying and pre financing to ensure stability and fairness across the supply chain. As one of the first specialty coffee companies in London, Square Mile played a defining role in shaping the city's third wave coffee movement.
