Mood Coffee Roasters

Operating from a wee micro roastery in Aarhus, Mood takes a refreshingly simple approach: source the tastiest traceable beans available and add a little heat. They divide their offering into three categories including sweet and balanced espresso focused roasts, classic clean crowd pleasers, and fruit forward adventurous coffees with experimental processing. Their roasting style blends Southern Hemispheric and Nordic influences, with medium roasts highlighting sweetness and balance for espresso while light roasts emphasize unique characteristics and acidity for filter coffee. Mood is committed to sustainability and maintains direct relationships with producers, earning them a strong presence in Denmark's specialty coffee scene.
