Grown at 2,200 meters altitude in the Loja region of Ecuador, this washed coffee features the Typica Mejorado variety—a hybrid of Bourbon and Ethiopian Landrace. Hand-picked ripe cherries are depulped the same day, then meticulously washed in fresh spring water and slow-dried on covered raised beds for up to 30 days. Known for complexity and clarity, with tasting notes of mango puree, lychee, raspberry, and grapes.
