Ecuador Geisha Peach Honey
CoricaAbout This Coffee
This coffee is a Geisha Peach variety from Finca Indera, located west of Loja, Ecuador. It is a natural mutation of the Geisha variety, cultivated by Manuel Romero. Processed using the honey method, the cherries are depulped while retaining their mucilage, which intensifies the aromatic complexity. The cup is bright and refined, featuring lively notes of mandarin, a delicate floral touch of jasmine, and a silky sweetness reminiscent of white peach. This coffee offers a balanced experience with vibrant acidity and a soft, sweet finish.

Corica
Corica's story spans over 170 years, beginning in 1850 in Brussels where the Wulleman family established their first roastery. From 2011 onwards, Marie Helene Callewaert and her son took the helm, becoming the third generation of roasters in this storied lineage. Today, Corica represents continuity and evolution in Belgian coffee culture, offering strictly selected and organically certified coffees roasted artisanally with modern equipment. Their workshop near Brussels' Grand Place showcases expertise built across decades, with their process enhancing the aromas of 28 Arabica varieties while maintaining an unwavering commitment to taste and quality.
