The natural process involves selective handpicking at peak ripeness, low-pressure rinsing, and 20-30 day drying in monitored rooms and on raised beds with multiple daily turnings. The lot undergoes density sorting, optical scanning, and hand selection through CafExporto's dry mill. The cup profile features strawberry kiwi, cane sugar, tamarind, and tepache notes with bright, tropical, and structured characteristics.
