This Ecuadorian coffee is from Hacienda La Papaya farm near Saraguro in Loja province, grown at 1800-2100 meters altitude. It features varietals cultivated with innovative agronomy and is processed using washed and experimental fermentations including carbonic maceration and yeast-inoculated naturals. The cup is crisp and layered with floral and citrus notes in washed lots, and tropical complexity in experimental processes. It is offered as a light roast with a focus on clarity and articulation.
