A single origin coffee from Ecuador, sourced from the AGROGORA farm in the Loja Olmedo region at 1,500–1,800 meters above sea level. The Sidra variety is processed using an anaerobic washed method. Flavor notes include kiwi, apricot, green apple, and champagne, presenting a fruity and floral profile.
