This coffee is a single farmer lot from Loreto, Orellana, Ecuador, produced by MasadiCoffee and Christian Saltos Morales. It is a Canephora (Robusta) variety called Pepón Hybrid, grown at 450 meters altitude in a sustainable agroforestry system. The beans are processed using the honey method and roasted as a light espresso roast. The coffee scored 90 points in Q&R Grading. Flavor notes include spices, cranberry, citric acidity, creamy full body, caramel, and marzipan in the finish. Harvest year is 2024.
