This washed Typica lot from producers Ana Maria and Nicolas Eduardo Crespo at Pillcocaja farm in Ecuador's Yunguilla valley, Azuay region. Grown at 1650-1700 meters altitude and harvested in 2025. The coffee is slow dried on African beds for 9-12 days. It features tasting notes of white grapes, floral characteristics like elderflower, blackberry, and a smooth hazelnut praline finish. The coffee is sweet and juicy on the palate with elegant florals and sweet praline aromas.
