This single-origin coffee comes from Finca Putushio in Loja, Ecuador, grown at 2200 meters altitude by producer Jose Jijón. The coffee features the Typica Mejorada variety, processed using the washed method. The Jijón family has been instrumental in popularizing the Typica Mejorada varietal over the past three years. This coffee offers high florals and acidity with flavor notes of lemon balm, peach, pear, and honeycomb, with a delicate tea-like texture.
