This single-origin Geisha varietal coffee from Colombia's Huila region, specifically from Finca Las Brisas in Acevedo municipality, is cultivated at 1,900 meters altitude. The washed coffee undergoes a meticulous 75-hour double fermentation process followed by 25-day slow drying on raised beds. Produced by fourth-generation farmer Jhon Wilmer, it features tasting notes of elderflower, red apple, and caramel.
