From Finca El Gobiado, produced by Fernando Alfaro in the Ahuachapán region of western El Salvador, at approximately 1,300 meters altitude on volcanic highland terrain. The farm cultivates two varieties — Arábigo and Bourbon — grown under shade trees for slow, uniform cherry maturation. This anaerobic natural process coffee undergoes 144 hours (6 days) of fermentation before drying on raised beds for 15 to 20 days. Medium roast with vibrant and fruity notes of exotic fruits, orange, and cacao. Suitable for all brewing methods.
