A washed SL-28 coffee from Finca El Injerto, grown in the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala at altitudes between 1,500 and 1,920 meters. Produced by the Aguirre family, the farm benefits from mineral-rich soil and a cool microclimate that promotes slow, uniform cherry ripening. The cup offers a juicy attack with bright acidity and generous sweetness, with tasting notes of black currant, cardamom, and date finish. Roasted for filter preparation.
