El Jilguero is a mild, balanced coffee from Honduras, grown on a small farm of approximately 10 hectares in the Marcala region at an altitude of 1,250–1,470 meters. The Catuai variety is fully washed, giving it a clear, harmonious structure without pronounced acidity. The flavor profile features marzipan and honey notes complemented by a hint of cassis, offering a pleasant fruitiness. Suitable for all brewing methods including espresso, milk-based drinks, French press, and filter brewing.
