Natural Geisha varietal from El Mirador in Huila, Colombia, grown at 1750 meters elevation by siblings Yessica and Diego Parra. The coffee is processed naturally with careful selection of only the ripest cherries, fermented in open tanks for 60 hours, then dried over approximately 20 days with controlled temperature. Light roast with vibrant fruit-forward character featuring cranberry, sangria, and Rainier cherry notes with spicy and floral tones, balanced creamy body, and sweet lingering aftertaste.

Founded in 2020 at the onset of the COVID 19 pandemic, Moonwake Coffee Roasters emerged from the passion of two former tech engineers, Ming Wood from Tesla and Mabel Yeung from Meta. What began as Ming's personal coffee project within Tesla's internal coffee club evolved into a full roastery operation after both founders chose to leave their tech careers to pursue coffee full time between 2023 and 2024. Moonwake represents a growing movement of technologists who discovered that coffee roasting offers greater fulfillment than their previous careers, channeling engineering precision into specialty coffee.
