This coffee is a single origin Geisha from the Jalapa department in Guatemala, produced by El Morito and grown by Jose Roberto Monterroso Pineda. It is a washed yellow Geisha varietal with a distinct flavor profile featuring Mirabelle Plum, citrus notes, and floral characteristics. The coffee has medium sweetness, light to medium body, and bright acidity.
