About This Coffee

This coffee is a Pink Bourbon variety from the El Paraiso farm in the Cauca region of Colombia, grown at an altitude of 1960 meters. It undergoes a complex processing method involving double fermentation with anaerobic conditions and tropical yeast, followed by a thermal shock treatment and a final wash. The resulting cup features a light roast profile with a creamy, yogurt-like mouthfeel and flavor notes of rose, strawberry, pineapple candy, and fruit wine.
