This coffee is a natural (dry) processed coffee from Finca Kilimanjaro in the Santa Ana region of El Salvador, grown at 1580–1720 meters altitude. Produced by fifth-generation coffee farmer Aida Batlle, the first woman to win the Cup of Excellence (2003). Varieties include Kenya SL-28, SL-34, and Bourbon. Cherries are hand-picked and shade-dried on African raised beds. The 2025 harvest offers flavor notes of confectionery, soft dark berries, milk chocolate, coconut, cream, and blackcurrant.
