A naturally processed Arabica coffee from Finca El Paraíso, located on the slopes of the Ilamantepec Volcano in the Santa Ana region of El Salvador. The farm is run in its second generation by Salvador and Monica Gross, situated at 1375–1708 meters above sea level. The Pacamara variety is grown on approximately 77 hectares under shade from native Inga trees, with nutrient-rich sandy loam soils. Roasted as an espresso with flavor notes of raspberry, cranberry, and mandarin.
