Hidden House Coffee Roasters

Hidden House Coffee was founded in 2010 by Ben Briggs inside a 120 year old house in the historic district of San Juan Capistrano, California. Briggs, a second generation marine turned entrepreneur, grew the concept from that single pilot café into a multi location operation across Orange County. In March 2017 the company opened a dedicated roasting facility in a 2,400 square foot warehouse dating back to 1914 in Santa Ana. Hidden House sources coffee through direct trade relationships, with the team traveling to farms to ensure quality and ethical sourcing, and partners with importers including Caravela Coffee and Collaborative Coffee Source. The roastery's hands on approach extends to every step of the process, from green buying through roasting and packaging.
