A single-origin coffee from Finca San José, located in San Carlos, Morazán, El Salvador, at 1,350 meters above sea level. The Red Bourbon variety is produced by Fundación Agape under the Santuario Project, managed by Carlos Borgonovo. Processed using Classic Honey method, with cherries harvested above 22 brix, depulped retaining 50% mucilage, and sun-dried on African beds for 21 days under shade. Medium light roast with flavor notes of honey, caramel, sugar cane, and pineapple.
