La Dalia is a single origin coffee from El Salvador, grown in the Ahuacapán region at 1890 meters altitude. The variety is Pacamara, processed using a Cold Fermentation Natural method. From the 2024/25 crop, this coffee is roasted on a 12kg Probat with a medium batch size of 8kg and a total roast time of 8:15. It features bright, juicy acidity with prominent raspberry notes.

Kolo Coffee

Launched in 2024 by Ukrainian roaster Vladyslav Demonenko, Kolo Coffee quickly became a standout in Berlin's specialty scene, earning Best Specialty Coffee Shop at Berlin Coffee Week 2025. The name "Kolo" draws from the Ukrainian word for circle, a symbol of unity and community that runs through everything the micro roastery does. Vlad brings serious competition credentials, including World Vice Champion in Coffee in Good Spirits 2022 and Ukrainian Brewers Cup champion in 2023. Recognizable by its bright orange outdoor seating, the cafe serves competition grade coffees roasted on site with precision and care.
