A washed Red Bourbon from Finca Marina Cumbre in El Salvador's Cordillera de Bálsamo, grown at 1,400 meters altitude — qualifying as Strictly High Grown (SHG). The farm covers 30 hectares and also grows Pacamara and Icatu varieties. Produced in collaboration with Sociedad Cooperativa de Caficultores Siglo XXI. A balanced, rounded, and lightly fruity espresso with notes of maple syrup and red apple.
