This coffee is from the San José farm in the Apaneca region of El Salvador, grown at 1450 meters altitude. The farm has been owned by the Magaña family women for four generations. The coffee is the Bourbon variety in red, yellow, and orange variations. It is washed processed and dried on raised drying beds. The harvest period was January to March 2024. The coffee has a creamy and smooth full body with peach sweetness and sweet chocolate characteristics. The coffee trees grow under shade and all coffee is hand-picked when fully ripe.
