El Salvador coffee from Farm Santa Cristina operated by Rene and Ana Cristina Hernandez in San Salvador, grown at 900-1200 meters altitude. This honey-processed Bourbon variety features a medium body with fine acidity and flavor notes of walnut, milk chocolate, and star fruit. Hand-picked ripe cherries are depulped and sun-dried on African beds.
