It is a naturally processed decaf coffee featuring anaerobic fermentation and sugarcane EA decaffeination. The coffee is made from Red and Yellow Caturra varieties grown at 1,450 meters altitude. The light roast brings out vibrant notes of passion fruit, strawberry, and candied lime.
