The coffee is grown by farmers who typically tend to small half-acre plots of around 200 trees, allowing for the production and delivery of the ripest coffee cherries. It features SL-28 and SL-34 varieties and is fully washed processed. The coffee is roasted light to maintain delicate and complex notes, resulting in vibrantly fruity and complex flavors with a sweet finish. Tasting notes include red currant, hibiscus, and grapefruit.
