This decaf coffee is a community blend from the Amigos de Huila cooperative in Huila, Colombia, grown at 1800 meters elevation. The coffee is washed process and harvested in 2025. Varieties include Caturra, Variedad Colombia, Tabi, and Pacas. It is decaffeinated using Ethyl Acetate derived from fermented sugarcane molasses at the Descafecol plant, which removes 97% or more of the caffeine. The coffee features flavors of cocoa and cherry, and is described as very soluble and easy to work with.
