A microlot coffee from Emiliana Montoya, grown in the Montecillos mountain range, specifically in Campanario, Intubuca region, at 1,700 MASL on the Los Alcipreces farm. Bourbon variety, washed processed: cherries are de-pulped after picking, fermented with mucilage for 48 hours in tiled tanks, then dried 20–25 days on raised beds in a dome-shaped solar dryer. Light roast (Agtron 95) with bright acidity, sweet florals, herbal notes, pear, blood orange, and candied florals. Harvested early 2025, imported by Semilla.
