Coffee Circle sources this coffee from smallholders across West Arsi and Sidamo, both regions working at around 2,100 meters with local landrace Arabica varieties. The natural processing and sun-drying bring out the classic Ethiopian fruit-forward profile: raspberry and floral aromatics layered over milk chocolate sweetness. The beans are hand-sorted before export, contributing to a clean cup with lively acidity and full body.
