This light-medium roast blend consists of 50% Brazil Castanas from Tres Pontas, Sul de Minas at 900 meters altitude and 50% Rwanda Mwasa 1004 from Gatare Village, Nyamasheke district, Western province at 1636 meters altitude. The Brazil component is natural process managed by the Cocatrel Cooperative using mixed varietals (SCA score 83). The Rwanda component is washed process managed by Uwineza Eraste using Red Bourbon variety (SCA score 86.25). Winner of two stars in the Great Taste Awards 2023. Features notes of chocolate and citrus fruit with a medium body.
