Tandem Coffee Roasters

About This Coffee

A Sidra variety coffee grown by producer Ernedis Rodriguez on his 14-hectare farm, El Paraiso, in the Huila region of Colombia. Sidra is genetically similar to Ethiopian landrace varieties and is cultivated primarily in Ecuador and increasingly in Colombia. This Lot 2 comes from a slightly later picking of the same harvest. Tagged as washed process, it delivers a floral, juicy, and complex cup profile featuring ripe stone fruit, syrupy red berries, and creamy vanilla, with a delicate and cooling character.
