About This Coffee

Single-origin Colombian coffee from producer Esnaider Ortega, grown in Sevilla, San Agustin, Huila region at 1,750 meters altitude. The Sidra variety is washed-processed with a light roast. Fruity and floral notes with delicate malic acids reminiscent of sweet pear, offering a clean and tea-like cup with caramel undertones. Available in multiple sizes and grind options for various brewing methods.

The Artery Community Roasters

The Artery Community Roasters is a social enterprise based in Ottawa, Ontario, employing people living with disabilities at living wages. They roast in small batches on a Coffee Crafters Artisan XL with a capacity of up to 10 pounds per roast, and ship within one week of roasting. Sourcing is done on a direct trade basis, maintaining one to two degrees of separation from the farmers. The Artery was named Coffee Roaster of the Month by Commonly Coffee.
