A premium specialty coffee blend consisting of 50% Arabica varieties from Central America (Mexico) and 50% Canephora (Fine Robusta) from India. This is a dark intensive blend roasted using drum roasting as a pre-blend (mixed before roasting). The coffee is hand-picked and features mixed processing methods. It achieves an SCA Cupping Score above 84. The roast level ranges from medium-dark to dark, creating a low-acid coffee with a full body and pleasant roasted aromas. Suitable for traditional ristretto and espresso, as well as lungo and cafe creme, and works well in milk-based drinks like cappuccino or latte macchiato.
